Vadim Vilde

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu in 2011 and obtained my Master's degree from Tallinn University of Technology in 2013. I have been working in the legal field since 2009. This includes serving as a lawyer for the Lasnamäe District Government from 2014 to 2015, as the city secretary of Kohtla-Järve from 2015 to 2016, and since 2016, as a legal advisor and chief specialist in urban development for Kohtla-Järve City Government. Since 2019, I have been working as a lawyer at HUGO LLC, where I have advised over 850 clients. My main areas of expertise are in contract law, property law, family law (including child support, guardianship, decision-making rights, visitation rights, divorce, and division of joint property), labor law, and succession law. I hold consultations in Tallinn and Jõhvi, but I am available to represent clients in legal proceedings throughout Estonia if needed.
