I graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tartu in 1996. From 1993 to 2007, I worked as a legal advisor in the loans department at SEB Bank in the Haapsalu branch. Between 2007 and 2009, I served as a judicial assistant at the Pärnu County Court. From April 2009 to April 2017, I worked at AS Koduliising, which has since evolved into Holm Bank, Estonia's own bank. I would like to highlight my time at AS Koduliising, where I supported Estonians in acquiring products and services on installment plans. During this period, I gained in-depth experience with all legal regulations concerning consumer credit and obtained invaluable experience in communication with various supervisory authorities, such as the Consumer Protection Board and the Financial Supervisory Authority, among others. This period also included preparations for obtaining a banking license. I have long-standing experience in many areas of civil law, particularly in business and contract law, inheritance and family law, but also in other legal domains such as property law and administrative law. I provide legal advice to clients in Haapsalu and Pärnu, and since 2018, I have been offering legal counsel in my hometown municipality of Lääne-Nigula. In my work, I highly value honesty and competence.
