In the TV3 weekend news, we heard a longer interview with Monika
On Monika’s desk was a case where children were separated from their family due to a serious threat to the children’s lives caused by violence. However, since the children were also removed from their mother without offering her support services, the case reached HUGO.
We initiated a lawsuit, as a result of which the mother got her children back. Monika helped the family apply for social housing, and since then, the family has been doing well on their own.
