I graduated from the University of Tartu's Faculty of Law with a degree in law in 1981. I have been working in the insurance field since 1997. I have held positions in several insurance companies as a claims handler and a lawyer. Additionally, I have served as the chairman of the insurance dispute committee and as an insurance conciliator. During an interim period, I was also a lawyer at a law firm and a court representative as well as an investigator of serious traffic accidents in the North Prefecture's Traffic Supervision Department. My main areas of expertise are insurance law, traffic law, misdemeanors, and civil disputes. I have also expanded my knowledge in other fields, such as labor law and enforcement proceedings.
